If the truck is insured, you should not be out of pocket and you should not be chasing paperwork. We do all insurance company work and bill the insurer direct, so the conversation you have with us is about when the truck is back, not about who pays.
Fleets get the same treatment at scale. We already look after the vehicles for operators like Bayswater Trucks, Truck and Compaction, Royans Accident Repairs, Mega Diesel, Australian Glass Group and Harris Trade Plumbing, which means account billing, priority slots and a technician who already knows the fleet.
